Case Studies: Our Services in Action

Healthcare SaaS Digital Growth Engine

We took a healthcare SaaS startup from a referral-based sales model to a fully integrated digital growth engine — spanning brand, website, content, technical SEO, and analytics, with persona-based funnels built for clinical decision-makers — laying a foundation positioned to support 50%+ revenue growth.

The Richman Foundation

For a newly established Baltimore foundation building its presence from scratch, we designed a custom WordPress website and social media graphics that do double duty — introducing its mission to the community and giving prospective grantees a clear path to apply — then handed the team full control to run it themselves.

Dance Place

Dance Place is one of Washington, DC’s cultural anchors — a cornerstone of the city’s performing-arts community that presents artists, trains dancers, and brings its Northeast DC neighborhood together year-round. For twelve years, we’ve served as its full outsourced marketing department: strategy, copy, design, and production across everything the institution does.

Georgetown University

KTD Creative has partnered with Georgetown University — founded in 1789 as the nation’s oldest Catholic and Jesuit university and its first federally chartered institution of higher education — on design across multiple graduate programs. Our work spans logos, a viewbook, program brochures, event banners, and other print marketing, each piece crafted to sit within Georgetown’s visual identity while giving its program a distinct voice.

Smithsonian Institution

Our team has provided publication and exhibition-support design for the Smithsonian, one of the world’s most respected cultural institutions. KTD Creative has provided design services for multiple Smithsonian museums, creating exhibition booklets, special-event invitations, publications, and other print materials that support exhibitions, programs, and public engagement.

National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM)

We’ve brought clarity and consistency to one of the nation’s most trusted scientific institutions — advising the country since 1863 — across more than twenty-five projects spanning brand, print, digital, and information design, for the umbrella organization and divisions from the National Academy of Engineering to the Transportation Research Board.

Maryland Distillers Guild

Our team of senior-level experts created a custom destination marketing website to position Maryland’s distilling industry as a premier craft-spirits destination, featuring interactive tourism content, events, and a robust, secure member hub. Launching in October 2026.

DC Theater Arts

For a trusted DC-area theater publication, we refreshed the brand identity and ran a regional audience-research study — mapping what its readers and theatergoers actually want — so both the renewed look and the website redesign it will guide are grounded in evidence, not instinct.

General Board of Church and Society, UMC

For nearly a decade, KTD Creative has served as a trusted creative partner to the General Board of Church and Society of the United Methodist Church, helping transform a refined logo and new tagline into a comprehensive brand identity system used across departments, programs, initiatives, and audiences. From brand strategy and identity to publications, advocacy, fundraising, events, digital communications, and large-format materials, we’ve developed an extensive body of work designed to bring consistency and clarity to a complex, mission-driven organization.

No Body Better Personal Training

When personal trainer Ronald Hughes launched No Body Better Personal Training, he had the expertise and vision—but needed a brand to bring it to life. KTD Creative created the logo, visual identity, messaging, photography direction, Squarespace website, and launch-day apparel, giving Ronald a cohesive, credible brand that reflected his coaching philosophy and positioned his business for growth.

A Brand That Builds Credibility & Reaches Government Clients

Kaplerchuk Consulting Group, a woman-owned Maryland firm with 20+ years of government contracting and procurement expertise, needed a brand to match its experience. KTD Creative collaborated closely with the founder to develop a confident yet personal identity, then carried it across the logo, Squarespace website, and social media. The result is a cohesive, credible brand that builds trust with government audiences and provides a strong foundation for continued growth—all within budget.

Association Work: Sports & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA)

Associations are a core part of KTD Creative’s work—we’ve partnered with more than a dozen. Among them is the Sports & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA), the national trade association for the sports and fitness industry, representing 700+ brands, retailers, governing bodies, and leagues. Over several years, KTD became an extension of the SFIA team—designing logos, programs, signage, digital graphics, and office installations, and coordinating production and delivery nationwide across the Industry Leaders Summit, two risk-management summits, National Health Through Fitness Day, and SFIA’s own headquarters—delivering cohesive, on-brand work on tight timelines, year after year.
